How AI technology can be used to change the tone of emails or letters
In this lesson, I demonstrate how AI technology can be used to change the tone of emails or letters. I use the AI model, ChatGPT, to write a letter to Kellogg's about a cereal that was not crunchy and asks for a refund. Then I use it to write a letter to a client for non-payment. Next I use that letter to and ChatGPT to rewrite the letter to a client requesting payment for therapy services in different tones and languages. Finally I also show how to write the letter in the tone of a famous person. The AI model can be used to add fun and excitement to letters, and to experiment with different tones until you find one that works best for you.
