8 Pieces of Content with 4 Questions
Feb 20, 2023Hello, it's James Marland from Course Creation Studio. Today I'm going to share with you some quick tips for brainstorming content ideas, which I learned from Amy Porterfield in one of her webinars. These tips can be used to generate eight weeks of content or eight lessons for your course.
The 4 Questions to Generate Content
- Question 1: List two questions your audience asks you all the time.
- This will give you insights into what your audience needs.
- You can provide the answers in a blog post or a lesson.
- Question 2: List two questions your audience should be asking but don't.
- This will help you identify some of the struggles that your audience has, and they don't know about.
- You can address those topics in your content or lesson.
- Question 3: List two topics you love to teach and talk about.
- This is an opportunity to share your passion with your audience.
- You can provide a lesson or piece of content that goes deep on the topic.
- Question 4: List two major challenges your audience struggles with.
- This helps you understand your audience's pain points and creates an opportunity to help them.
- You can address these challenges in a blog or a lesson, and it will be interesting for your audience as they will be able to identify with the struggles.
When it comes to content creation, generating ideas can be challenging. However, by following these four questions, you can generate eight ideas for creating content. I recommend writing these ideas on a Post-It note, so when it's time to create your next piece of content, you can quickly create something interesting for your students. Thank you for watching, and I'll see you next time.
